There is hereby created as a joint committee of the\n\nLegislature the Oklahoma Lottery Commission Legislative Oversight\n\nCommittee, to be composed of the members of the House Revenue and\n\nTaxation Committee and the Senate Finance Committee. The chairs of\n\nthe committees shall serve as cochairs of the oversight committee.\n\nThe oversight committee shall periodically inquire into and review\n\nthe operations of the Oklahoma Lottery Commission, as well as\n\nperiodically review and evaluate the success with which the\n\nCommission is accomplishing its statutory duties and functions as\n\nprovided in the Oklahoma Education Lottery Act. The oversight\n\ncommittee may conduct any independent audit or investigation of the\n\nCommission it deems necessary.\n\nB.
