Stat. tit. 4, § 4-141","heading":"Fence viewers - Number - Qualifications - Appointment -","body":"Compensation.\n\nFence viewers herein designated shall consist of three (3)\n\ndisinterested freeholders, one to be chosen by each of the\n\ninterested parties, and the two so chosen shall choose the third\n\nperson, and the three so chosen shall proceed to discharge the\n\nduties of fence viewers as herein provided.
