Stat. tit. 4, § 4-150.1","heading":"Property line across an existing boundary or division","body":"line fence, notice to adjacent owner - Cause of action - Attorney\n\nfees.\n\nA. If a survey obtained by a property owner reflects a property\n\nline across an existing boundary or division line fence, said\n\nproperty owner shall not damage or remove the existing fence or\n\nauthorize the establishment, locating or relocating of any\n\nimprovements, including utility installation on such property, until\n\nthe adjacent property owner has been given notice. The notice shall\n\ninclude a copy of the survey, the nature of the relief requested,\n\nand notice that the court may award attorney fees and costs to the\n\nprevailing party if an action to establish title is filed by the\n\nrequestor against the recipient. The notice shall be served in the\n\nsame manner as provided for service of process in Section 2004 of\n\nTitle 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. If no agreement has been reached by the adjoining property\n\nowners within thirty (30) days from receipt of the notice sent\n\npursuant to subsection A of this section, the property owner may\n\ncause an action to be filed against the adjacent property owner in\n\nthe district court in the county where the property is located to\n\nestablish title to the parcel of property at issue. The district\n\ncourt shall enter such temporary relief as may be necessary to\n\nmaintain the status quo during the pendancy of the action.\n\nC.
