An animal shelter operator and commercial pet breeder shall\n\nmaintain a separate health record for each animal in the facility of\n\nthe animal shelter operator and commercial breeder documenting the\n\nhealthcare of the animal.\n\nB. The health record shall include:\n\n1. The breed, sex, color, and identifying marks of the animal;\n\nand\n\n2. A record of all inoculations, medications, and other\n\nveterinary medical treatment received by the animal while in the\n\npossession of the animal shelter operator and commercial pet\n\nbreeder.\n\nC.
