Stat. tit. 4, § 4-30.7","heading":"Revocation or suspension of license","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry may\n\ndeny a license, or renewal thereof, or revoke a license of any\n\napplicant, animal shelter operator or commercial pet breeder who\n\nfails to meet the standards of animal care or fails to follow the\n\napplication process adopted by the Department, or if the person:\n\n1. Is convicted of a crime involving animal cruelty;\n\n2. Is convicted of violating the Commercial Pet Breeders and\n\nAnimal Shelter Licensing Act more than three times;\n\n3. Is convicted of a type of felony specified by subparagraphs\n\na through pp of paragraph 2 of Section 571 of Title 57 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. Is convicted of a felony punishable under the Oklahoma\n\nRacketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act; or\n\n5.
