Stat. tit. 4, § 4-391","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act, (a) \"Institution\" means any school or\n\ncollege of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, veterinary medicine or\n\nagriculture, medical diagnostic laboratory, hospital, or other\n\neducational or scientific establishment having to do with the\n\ninvestigation of or instruction concerning the structure or\n\nfunctions of living organisms, the causes, prevention, control or\n\ncure of diseases or abnormal conditions of human beings or animals\n\nprovided that high schools and elementary schools shall not be\n\nclassed as institutions for the purposes of this act.
