Stat. tit. 4, § 4-499.3","heading":"Refund of deposit upon proof of spaying or neutering","body":"\n\nThe funds deposited with the releasing agency shall be refunded\n\nto the adopting party upon the adopting party's presentation of a\n\nwritten statement signed by a licensed veterinarian that the adopted\n\nanimal has been spayed or neutered.
