Stat. tit. 4, § 4-499.7","heading":"Disposition of forfeited funds - Record of accounts","body":"Funds which have been forfeited by adopting parties shall be\n\nplaced in a separate account, which shall be an interest bearing\n\naccount whenever feasible and releasing agencies shall allocate\n\nfunds from said account to programs which directly promote,\n\nsubsidize or otherwise reduce the cost of spaying or neutering\n\nanimals of the releasing agency.
