Stat. tit. 4, § 4-98","heading":"Restraint of all domestic animals - Damages for trespass","body":"All domestic animals shall be restrained by the owner thereof at\n\nall times and seasons of the year from running at large in the State\n\nof Oklahoma. Damages caused by the domestic animals trespassing\n\nupon lands of another shall be recovered in a manner provided by\n\nlaw. For the purpose of this act, domestic animals shall include\n\ncattle, horses, swine, sheep, goats, exotic livestock and all other\n\nanimals not considered wild.
