Any person who:\n\n1. Willfully omits to keep a domestic animal such person owns\n\nor has charge of within a suitable enclosure;\n\n2. Allows the animal to be unrestrained or to run at large,\n\nwith notice, actual or constructive, that the enclosure within which\n\nthe animal is kept is open; or\n\n3. Knowingly causes a domestic animal to escape confinement,\n\nshall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof\n\nshall be punished by a fine of not more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00)\n\nfor each offense, or not more than thirty (30) days of imprisonment\n\nin the county jail for each offense, or by both such fine and\n\nimprisonment.\n\nB. The provisions of this section shall not apply to domestic\n\nanimals that are on a county road designated as an open pasture road\n\nas provided for in Section 1 of this act.\n\nC.
