The Legislature reserves the right to amend\n\nor repeal all or any part of the Employment Security Act at any time\n\nand there shall be no vested private right of any kind against such\n\namendment or repeal. All the rights, privileges, or immunities\n\nconferred by the Employment Security Act, or by acts done pursuant\n\nthereto, shall exist subject to the power of the Legislature to\n\namend or repeal the Employment Security Act at any time.\n\nB.
