Stat. tit. 40, § 40-1-109","heading":"Unemployment benefits impact study","body":"If a proposed new law or amendment to an existing law will have\n\nthe effect of expanding unemployment benefits available to\n\nunemployment benefit claimants, the Oklahoma Employment Security\n\nCommission shall study the fiscal impact the benefit expansion will\n\nhave upon Oklahoma's Unemployment Trust Fund established pursuant to\n\n42 U.S.C., Section 1104.
