Stat. tit. 40, § 40-1-202.1","heading":"Extended Base Period","body":"EXTENDED BASE PERIOD.\n\nIf an individual lacks sufficient base period wages because of a\n\njob-related injury for which the individual received total temporary\n\ndisability payments awarded by the Workers' Compensation Court, upon\n\nwritten application by the claimant, an extended base period will be\n\nsubstituted for the current base period on a quarter-by-quarter\n\nbasis as needed to establish a valid claim.
