For purposes of the Employment Security Act of 1980, the\n\nProfessional Employee Organization (PEO) and its client shall be\n\nconsidered coemployers of the covered employees that are under the\n\ndirection and control of the client.\n\nB. If a PEO fails to become or remain registered under the\n\nOklahoma Professional Employer Organization Recognition and\n\nRegistration Act, the entity shall be considered a third-party\n\nadministrator of the client account.
