Notice shall be deemed given when the\n\nOklahoma Employment Security Commission notifies by one of the\n\nfollowing means:\n\n1. Mail;\n\n2. Email or fax to email; or\n\n3. Upload to the agency digital portal.\n\nThere is a rebuttable presumption that notice has been given on\n\nthe date stated in the communication.\n\nB. The Commission's preferred method of notification shall be\n\nelectronic delivery through the agency digital portal or email.
