The examination for chief boiler inspector, deputy\n\ninspectors, special inspectors or owner-user inspectors, except\n\nthose owner-user inspectors within the scope of the American\n\nPetroleum Institute Pressure Vessel Inspection Code, shall be\n\nwritten and shall be held in accordance with the constitution and\n\nbylaws of the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel\n\nInspectors.\n\nB.
