Stat. tit. 40, § 40-141.11","heading":"Suspension of inspector's certificate of competency","body":"An inspector's certificate of competency may be suspended by the\n\nCommissioner of Labor after due investigation for the incompetence\n\nor untrustworthiness of the inspector or for the willful\n\nfalsification of any matter or statement contained in his\n\napplication, or a report of any inspections made by him. Written\n\nnotice of any such suspension shall be transmitted by the\n\nCommissioner of Labor to the inspector and his employer not more\n\nthan ten (10) days following the suspension.
