The Commissioner of Labor may promulgate rules establishing\n\na schedule of administrative fees for the registration, inspection\n\nand operation of boilers, pressure vessels and steam lines. The\n\nfollowing fees shall remain in effect until rules become effective,\n\nat which time the fees contained in this subsection shall be\n\nsuperseded by rule. Fees collected by the Department of Labor for\n\nthe registration, inspection and operation of boilers, pressure\n\nvessels and steam lines shall be deposited as provided in subsection\n\nC of this section.\n\n1. a. Annual certificate of operation fee shall be as\n\nfollows:\n\n(1) with manway state inspector $75.00\n\n(2) without manway state inspector $50.00\n\n(3) any size special - or owner/user\n\ninspector $50.00\n\n(4) each public hot water supply heater\n\n(biennially) $5.00\n\n(5) each public boiler\n\ninspection/certification $25.00\n\nb. Only one certificate of operation fee per year may be\n\ncharged; except an additional fee equal to the\n\ncertificate of operation fee may be charged for\n\nwitnessing a hydrostatic test required after repairs,\n\nprovided a fee equal to the total fees identified in\n\ndivision (1) or (2) of subparagraph a of this\n\nparagraph, whichever is appropriate, and subparagraph\n\nf of paragraph 2 of this subsection may be charged\n\nwhen the pressure-retaining item is not prepared and\n\nready pursuant to rules promulgated by the\n\nCommissioner of Labor at the time of the inspection.\n\n2. Other Fees\n\na. hydrostatic test of steam pipeline per\n\nday $150.00\n\n(for each additional half-day or part\n\nthereof) $75.00\n\nb. shop review fees $3,000.00\n\nc. licensing fees\n\n(1) repair, service, install (annually) $50.00\n\n(2) boiler operator (biennially) $50.00\n\nd. certificate of competency fee $15.00\n\ne. examination fee $50.00\n\nf. boiler or pressure vessel inspection\n\nfee for certificate inspections by\n\nstate inspectors $155.00\n\ng. authorized inspector services for weld\n\nrepairs or alterations, per eight-hour\n\nday or part thereof $300.00\n\nh. a fee as established by rule may be\n\nassessed for the issuance of duplicate\n\nlicenses and certificates, not to\n\nexceed $10.00\n\nB. All institutions owned or operated by the State of Oklahoma\n\nor its agencies or by any county, municipality or school district,\n\nand such institutions or agencies, and all owners or users of\n\nboilers or pressure vessels of historical significance as specified\n\nin subsection D of Section 141.5 of this title are exempt from the\n\npayment of only those fees provided for in paragraph 2 of subsection\n\nA of this section.\n\nC. The Commissioner shall account for and deposit fee revenue\n\nreceived pursuant to this section to the credit of the Department of\n\nLabor Revolving Fund, except Two Hundred Fifty-four Thousand Two\n\nHundred Sixty-five Dollars ($254,265.00) of the fee revenue received\n\neach fiscal year shall be transferred to the State Treasury to the\n\ncredit of the General Revenue Fund.\n\nD.
