Stat. tit. 40, § 40-141.19","heading":"Department of Labor Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Labor to be designated the \"Department of\n\nLabor Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\ndesignated for deposit in such fund. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Department of Labor for operations and expenses\n\nrelating to its statutory duties and responsibilities.
