The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices is hereby authorized, upon request by the Commissioner of\n\nLabor, to establish a petty cash fund for the Department of Labor in\n\nan amount not to exceed Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00), to be used\n\nfor the purpose of making change for persons obtaining licenses and\n\ntransacting other business with the Department.\n\nB. The fund shall be established and replenished from any\n\nmonies available to the Department for operating expenses.\n\nC.
