Stat. tit. 40, § 40-141.6","heading":"License required - Exemptions - Fee - Evidence of","body":"qualifications - Hearings - Violations.\n\nA. All firms or corporations engaged in the service, repair\n\nand/or installation of boilers or pressure vessels located in this\n\nstate shall be licensed by the Commissioner to perform such work.\n\nProvided, no license shall be required for any firms or corporations\n\nengaged in the service, repair and/or installation of hot water\n\nsupply heaters as provided in paragraph 12 of subsection A of\n\nSection 141.2 of this title. The Commissioner of Labor shall abide\n\nby any existing code of installation presently adopted or as may be\n\nhereinafter adopted by this state or its agencies or by any county,\n\nmunicipality or school district as pertains to hot water supply\n\nheaters. The annual license fee shall be payable in advance on or\n\nbefore January 31 of each calendar year. Each firm or corporation\n\nmust furnish evidence suitable to the Commissioner that they are\n\nqualified to perform such work.\n\nB. All hearings for the issuance or revocations of license\n\nunder this section shall comply with the Oklahoma Administrative\n\nProcedures Act.\n\nC. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this\n\nact or who violates any rule or order of the Commissioner pursuant\n\nto this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and in addition\n\nthereto, may be enjoined from continuing such action. Each day upon\n\nwhich such violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation.\n\nD. The Commissioner of Labor may promulgate rules establishing\n\na schedule of administrative penalties and fines for violations of\n\nthe Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Act and/or the Boiler and\n\nPressure Vessel Rules which may be in addition to or in lieu of the\n\ncriminal penalties provided in this section. The promulgation of an\n\nadministrative fine schedule shall grant the Commissioner authority\n\nto impose those administrative fines for any violation of the Boiler\n\nand Pressure Vessel Safety Act and/or the Boiler and Pressure Vessel\n\nRules.
