Stat. tit. 40, § 40-142.14","heading":"Alternative Fuels Technician Certification Revolving","body":"Fund – Alternative Fuels Inspection Fees and Fines Revolving Fund.\n\nA. All monies received by the Department of Labor under the\n\nAlternative Fuels Technician Certification Act and derived from\n\nAlternative Fuels Technician certification fees and related\n\nenforcement actions and fines shall be deposited with the State\n\nTreasurer and credited to the \"Alternative Fuels Technician\n\nCertification Revolving Fund\". The revolving fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall be\n\nunder the control and management of the Department of Labor.\n\nExpenditures from this fund shall be made pursuant to the purposes\n\nof the Alternative Fuels Technician Certification Act and shall\n\ninclude, but not be limited to, payment of operating costs, costs of\n\nprograms designed to promote public awareness of the alternative\n\nfuels industry, expenditures for the preparation and printing of\n\nregulations, bulletins or other documents and the furnishing of\n\ncopies of the documents to those persons engaged in the alternative\n\nfuels industry or the public, and expenses the Department of Labor\n\nincurs to support program operations. Warrants for expenditures\n\nshall be drawn by the State Treasurer based on claims signed and\n\napproved for payment by the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services.\n\nB. All monies received by the Department of Labor under the\n\nAlternative Fuels Technician Certification Act and derived from the\n\ninspection of alternative fuel fill stations and related enforcement\n\nactions shall be deposited with the State Treasurer and credited to\n\nthe \"Alternative Fuels Inspection Fees and Fines Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe revolving fund shall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations and shall be under the control and management of\n\nthe Department of Labor. Expenditures from the fund shall be made\n\npursuant to the purposes of the Alternative Fuel Fill Station\n\nInspection and Licensing Program under the Alternative Fuels\n\nTechnician Certification Act and shall include, but not be limited\n\nto, payment of administrative costs and other operational costs\n\nsupporting the program, payment of costs designed to promote public\n\nawareness of the alternative fuels industry, expenditures for the\n\npreparation and printing of regulations, bulletins or other\n\ndocuments and the furnishing of copies of the documents to those\n\npersons engaged in the alternative fuels industry or the public.\n\nWarrants for expenditures shall be drawn by the State Treasurer\n\nbased on claims signed and approved for payment by the Director of\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c40b2b6884eb56517178f81342a5770640e056ba565c7ac11bc76c1589f3b767","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-142.13","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-142.15"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
