Stat. tit. 40, § 40-142.15","heading":"Violations - Criminal penalties","body":"Any person convicted of violating any provision of the\n\nAlternative Fuels Technician Certification Act shall be guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor. The continued violation of any provision of the\n\nAlternative Fuels Technician Certification Act during each day shall\n\nbe deemed to be a separate offense. Upon conviction thereof the\n\nperson shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not to\n\nexceed one (1) year, or by a fine of not more than One Thousand\n\nDollars ($1,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment for each\n\noffense.
