Examinations for certification as alternative fuels\n\nequipment technicians shall be uniform and practical in nature for\n\nalternative fuels equipment technician certification and shall be\n\nsufficiently strict to test the qualifications and fitness of the\n\napplicants for certificates.\n\nB. Examinations for certification as alternative fuels\n\ncompression technicians shall be uniform and practical in nature for\n\nalternative fuels compression technician certification and shall be\n\nsufficiently strict to test the qualifications and fitness of the\n\napplicants for certificates.\n\nC. Examinations for certification as electric vehicle\n\ntechnicians shall be uniform and practical in nature for electric\n\nvehicle technician certification and shall be sufficiently strict to\n\ntest the qualifications and fitness of the applicants for\n\ncertificates.\n\nD. Examinations shall be in whole or in part in writing. Any\n\napplicant initially failing to pass the examination shall not be\n\npermitted to take another examination for a period of thirty (30)\n\ndays. Any applicant subsequently failing to pass the examination\n\nshall not be permitted to take another examination for a period of\n\nthirty (30) days.\n\nE.
