Stat. tit. 40, § 40-166","heading":"Conspiracy","body":"No agreement, combination or contract by or between two or more\n\npersons to do or procure to be done, or not to do or procure not to\n\nbe done, any act in contemplation or furtherance of any trade\n\ndispute between employers and employees, shall be deemed criminal,\n\nnor shall those engaged therein be indictable or otherwise\n\npunishable for the crime of conspiracy, if such act committed by one\n\nperson would not be punishable as a crime, nor shall such agreement,\n\ncombination or contract be considered as in restraint of trade or\n\ncommerce, nor shall any restraining order or injunction be issued\n\nwith relation thereto.
