Stat. tit. 40, § 40-185","heading":"Leave of absence to railroad employees","body":"From and after the effective date of this act, all railroad\n\ncompanies operating in the State of Oklahoma are hereby required to\n\ngrant leave of absence to their employees who desire to run for or\n\nseek public office, or who are required to serve in any government\n\nposition, military or civil, or who have been elected or appointed\n\nto public office, or who are required to serve jury duty in the\n\ncourts of this state. During such leave of absence such employee\n\nshall retain and accumulate seniority, and at the termination of\n\nsuch service shall be reinstated with full seniority, and without an\n\ninterrupted service record, or without any rights or privileges\n\ndenied him.
