Stat. tit. 40, § 40-194","heading":"Penalty","body":"Any corporation, partnership, firm or person contracting to do\n\nwork for the State of Oklahoma who shall fail to employ at least\n\nninety percent (90%) of the nonprofessional personnel used in the\n\nperformance of said contract who are qualified residents, as defined\n\nabove, of the State of Oklahoma, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor\n\nand upon conviction thereof shall pay a fine of One Hundred Dollars\n\n($100.00).
