The Wage and Hour Commission is hereby terminated and all\n\npowers and duties of such Commission are transferred to the\n\nCommissioner of Labor. All personnel, funds, financial obligations\n\nand encumbrances, records, equipment, furniture, fixtures, files and\n\nsupplies under the control of the Wage and Hour Commission are\n\ntransferred to the Commissioner of Labor as of the effective date of\n\nthis act.\n\nB.
