Stat. tit. 40, § 40-197.6","heading":"Posting of notice","body":"On and after August 1, 1965, every employer, subject to this\n\nact, shall post a notice or notices of the pertinent provisions of\n\nthis act in such form as may be prescribed and furnished by the\n\nCommissioner of Labor. The notice shall be not less than eight and\n\none-half (8 1/2) inches by eleven (11) inches in size and shall be\n\ndisplayed in such a manner so as to be accessible to all employees\n\nin each establishment under the control of the employer.
