Stat. tit. 40, § 40-197.8","heading":"Findings - Payment of amount due","body":"The Commissioner, after investigation, shall promptly make his\n\nfinding in writing as to whether or not additional wages are due the\n\nemployee. If the Commissioner finds that additional wages are due,\n\nten percent (10%) of such amount due shall be added as penalty for\n\nsuch wage deficiency. The Commissioner shall mail said findings to\n\nthe employer and to the employee by certified mail.
