Stat. tit. 40, § 40-197.9","heading":"Findings by court - Double damages - Costs and attorney","body":"fees - Defenses.\n\nAny employer who is found by a court of competent jurisdiction\n\nto have paid an employee wages less than those to which such\n\nemployee is entitled, under or by virtue of this act, shall be\n\nliable to such employee for double the full amount of such wages,\n\nless any amount actually paid to such employee by the employer, and\n\nfor court costs, and such reasonable attorney fees as may be allowed\n\nby the court, which in no case shall be less than One Hundred\n\nDollars ($100.00).
