Stat. tit. 40, § 40-198.2","heading":"Enforcement - Penalties","body":"\n\nIt shall be the duty of the Commissioner of Labor to enforce the\n\nprovisions of this act. Whenever the Commissioner is informed of\n\nany violations thereof, it shall be his duty to investigate same\n\nand, in his discretion, said Commissioner is hereby authorized to\n\ninstitute proceedings for the enforcement of penalties herein\n\nprovided before any court of competent jurisdiction.
