Stat. tit. 40, § 40-199.1","heading":"Recruiting of employment to replace employees involved","body":"in a strike or lockout prohibited - Exceptions.\n\nIt shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, agency, firm\n\nor corporation, labor organization or officer or agent thereof, to\n\nknowingly recruit, procure, supply or refer any person (excluding\n\npersons who are permanent employees of the employer involved in such\n\nstrike or lockout) who has customarily and repeatedly offered\n\nhimself for employment in the place of employees involved in strikes\n\nor lockouts for employment in place of an employee in a business or\n\nindustry where a strike or lockout exists.\n\nThe provisions of this act shall not apply to services or work\n\nperformed by a salaried or supervisory employee of a business or\n\nindustry where a strike or lockout exists, or a person, firm or\n\ncorporation in his or its usual trade, occupation or business;\n\nprovided that such trade, occupation or business is not usually the\n\nfurnishing of strikebreakers in any labor strike or lockout; and\n\nprovided further, that the said person, firm, or corporation hiring,\n\nrecruiting, securing or offering to secure employment shall, if a\n\nperson or an unincorporated firm, be a bona fide resident of the\n\nState of Oklahoma for a period of six (6) months prior to the strike\n\nor lockout, or if a corporation, be chartered or duly licensed to do\n\nbusiness in the State of Oklahoma for a period of six (6) months\n\nprior to the strike or lockout.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a1d9b76b98d3bbe17681411fac0cf2076dd6b0ef4002e7a8d21280ee0fa40ccf","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-199","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-199.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
