Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-105","heading":"Wages subtracted from benefit amount","body":"WAGES SUBTRACTED FROM BENEFIT AMOUNT.\n\nEach eligible individual who is unemployed with respect to any\n\nweek ending after July 1, 1994, shall be paid with respect to such\n\nweek a benefit in an amount equal to the weekly benefit amount of\n\nthe individual less that part of the wages, if any, payable to the\n\nindividual with respect to such week which is in excess of One\n\nHundred Dollars ($100.00).
