He or\n\nshe must also be available to seek and accept work at any time and\n\nmay not be engaged in any activity that would restrict his or her\n\nseeking or accepting employment.\n\nThe fact that an individual is enrolled in school shall not, in\n\nand of itself, render an individual ineligible for unemployment\n\nbenefits.
