Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-304","heading":"Deduction of health insurance premiums","body":"Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 2-301 and 2-303 of\n\nTitle 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes, nothing shall be construed to\n\nprohibit the deduction of an amount from unemployment compensation\n\notherwise payable to an individual to pay for health insurance\n\npremiums if such individual elected to have such deduction made and\n\nsuch deduction is made under a program approved by the United States\n\nSecretary of Labor.
