Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-410","heading":"Participation in labor disputes","body":"PARTICIPATION IN LABOR DISPUTES. (1) An individual shall be\n\ndisqualified to receive benefits for any week with respect to which\n\nthe Commission finds that his unemployment is due to a stoppage of\n\nwork which exists at the factory, establishment or other premises at\n\nwhich he is or was last employed, because of a labor dispute.\n\n(2) This section shall not apply if it is shown that:\n\n(a) He is not participating in or directly interested in\n\nthe labor dispute which caused the stoppage of work;\n\n(b) He does not belong to a grade or class of workers of\n\nwhich, immediately before the commencement of the\n\nstoppage, there were members employed at the premises\n\nat which the stoppage occurs, any of whom are\n\nparticipating in or directly interested in the\n\ndispute; or\n\n(c) The employer has locked out his employees.\n\n(3) Provided, that if in any case separate branches of work\n\nwhich are commonly conducted as separate businesses in separate\n\npremises are conducted in separate departments of the same premises,\n\neach such department shall, for the purpose of this section, be\n\ndeemed to be a separate factory, establishment or other premises.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e7ffab87929e2f9229e4962856fbb8fae0525736c0f1de6916aff767331f653a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-2-409","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-2-411"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
