Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-417","heading":"Seek and accept work - Week of occurrence","body":"disqualification.\n\nSEEK AND ACCEPT WORK - WEEK OF OCCURRENCE DISQUALIFICATION.\n\nA. An individual shall be disqualified to receive benefits for\n\neach week in which the individual shall have failed to do any of the\n\nfollowing:\n\n1. Diligently search for suitable employment at a pay rate\n\ngenerally available in that area of the state in keeping with his or\n\nher prior experience, education and training;\n\n2. Make application for the minimum number of weekly work\n\nsearch efforts as required by the Oklahoma Employment Security\n\nCommission; or\n\n3. Present oneself as an applicant for employment in a manner\n\ndesigned to encourage favorable employment consideration.\n\nB. The requirements of subsection A of this section shall be\n\nwaived if the individual has been summoned to appear for jury duty\n\nbefore any court of the United States or of any state.
