Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-418","heading":"Seek and accept work - Indefinite disqualification","body":"SEEK AND ACCEPT WORK - INDEFINITE DISQUALIFICATION.\n\nA. An individual shall be disqualified to receive benefits for\n\nthe full period of unemployment next ensuing after the individual\n\nshall have failed to do any of the following:\n\n1. Accept an offer of suitable work, as defined by Sections 2-\n\n408 and 2-409 of this title, from an employer including any former\n\nemployer;\n\n2. Apply for or accept suitable work, as defined by Sections 2-\n\n408 and 2-409 of this title, when so directed by the Oklahoma\n\nEmployment Security Commission; or\n\n3. Accept employment pursuant to a hiring hall agreement when\n\nso offered.\n\nSuch disqualification shall continue until the individual has become\n\nreemployed and has earned wages equal to or in excess of ten times\n\nhis or her weekly benefit amount.\n\nB. An employer who provides evidence of an offer of suitable\n\nwork pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection A of this section shall\n\nbe proof of the failure of the individual to meet this requirement,\n\nand shall result in the immediate cessation of benefits until a\n\ndetermination can be made by the Commission. The Commission shall\n\nconduct a timely investigation of any such claim and verify the\n\noffer of suitable work.\n\nC. Any individual who shall have failed in any of the\n\nrequirements of this section due to illness, death of a family\n\nmember, or other extenuating circumstance beyond his or her control\n\nshall be disqualified for regular benefits under this section only\n\nfor the week of the occurrence of such circumstance beyond his or\n\nher control.\n\nD. The Commission shall maintain or work with another public\n\nentity to maintain access to a skills test and an online jobs system\n\nthat allows employers in this state to post job openings, to include\n\njob description, necessary qualifications, expected hours of work,\n\nand estimated compensation package for each job. The Commission may\n\nrequire each claimant for benefits to take a skills test and create\n\nan account and resume in the online jobs system. An individual\n\nshall be disqualified to receive benefits for the full period of\n\nunemployment for failing to meet any skills requirements set forth\n\nby the Commission.\n\nE. An individual shall be disqualified to receive benefits for\n\nthe full period of unemployment next ensuing after the individual\n\nshall have failed to do any of the following:\n\n1. Diligently search for suitable employment at a pay rate\n\ngenerally available in that area of the state in keeping with his or\n\nher prior experience, education and training;\n\n2. Make the minimum number of applications for work as required\n\nby the Commission with employers who could reasonably be expected to\n\nhave work available; or\n\n3.
