Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-420","heading":"Failure to personally appear as directed","body":"FAILURE TO PERSONALLY APPEAR AS DIRECTED.\n\nThe Oklahoma Employment Security Commission may require the\n\nindividual to personally appear at a location for a purpose relevant\n\nto the individual's unemployment claim, job search, or reemployment\n\nservices. If the individual fails to appear, the individual's claim\n\nfor unemployment benefits will be disqualified indefinitely by the\n\nCommission until the individual makes a personal appearance as\n\ndirected.
