Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-421","heading":"Failure to participate in reemployment services through","body":"profiling.\n\nFAILURE TO PARTICIPATE IN REEMPLOYMENT SERVICES THROUGH\n\nPROFILING.\n\nThe Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall establish and\n\nutilize a system of Re-employment Services and Eligibility\n\nAssessment selection for all ex-military service claimants and for\n\nunemployment benefit claimants who will be likely to exhaust\n\nunemployment benefits and who will need job-search assistance\n\nservices to make a successful transition to new employment. Any\n\nclaimant who has been referred to re-employment services pursuant to\n\nthe selection system and who fails to participate in the re-\n\nemployment services made available to the claimant, shall be\n\ndisqualified to receive benefits for each week in which the failure\n\noccurs, unless the Commission determines that:\n\n1. The claimant has previously completed the re-employment\n\nservices within the benefit year; or\n\n2.
