Each employer shall post and maintain\n\nin places readily accessible to its employees, statements concerning\n\nbenefit rights, claims for benefits and any other matters relating\n\nto the administration of this act as the Commission may by rule\n\nprescribe. Each employer shall supply to its employees copies of\n\nstatements or other materials relating to claims for benefits when\n\nand as the Commission may by rule prescribe.
