Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-503","heading":"Claims, notices, and objections","body":"CLAIMS, NOTICES, AND OBJECTIONS.\n\nA. Claims for benefits shall be made in accordance with all\n\nrules that the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission may\n\nprescribe.\n\nB. Promptly after an initial claim or an additional initial\n\nclaim is filed, the Commission shall give notice of the claim to the\n\nlast employer of the claimant for whom the claimant worked at least\n\nfifteen (15) working days. These days are not required to be\n\nconsecutive. Provided, that promptly after the Commission is\n\nnotified of the claimant's separation from employment obtained\n\nduring a continued claim series, the Commission shall give notice of\n\nthe claim to the last separating employer. Notices to separating\n\nemployers during a continued claim series will be given to the last\n\nemployer in the claim week without regard to length of employment.\n\nEach notice shall contain an admonition that failure to respond to\n\nthe notice could affect the employer's tax rate.\n\nC. Promptly after the claim is paid for the fifth week of\n\nbenefits the Commission shall give written notice of the claim to\n\nall other employers of the claimant during the claimant's base\n\nperiod. The notice will be given by electronic means, or by mail.\n\nD. Notice shall be deemed to have been given when the\n\nCommission transmits the notice by electronic means or by mail.\n\nE. Within ten (10) days after the date the notice is sent, an\n\nemployer may file a statement of objections to the claim setting\n\nforth specifically the facts which:\n\n1. Disclose the name and Social Security number of the\n\nemployee;\n\n2. Make the claimant ineligible for benefits under Sections 2-\n\n201 through 2-210 of this title;\n\n3. Disqualify the claimant from benefits under Sections 2-401\n\nthrough 2-419 of this title; or\n\n4. Relieve the employer from being charged for the benefit\n\nwages of such claimant.\n\nF.
