Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-503.1","heading":"Filing of employer protest and documents","body":"FILING OF EMPLOYER PROTEST AND DOCUMENTS.\n\nA. An employer may file a statement of objections to the claim\n\nof a former employee at any time from the moment of discharge or\n\nseparation from employment until the expiration of the ten-day time\n\nperiod set out in subsection E of Section 2-503 of this title. The\n\nstatement of objections must contain a statement of specific facts\n\nand documentation which:\n\n1. Disclose the name and Social Security number of the\n\nemployee;\n\n2. Make the claimant ineligible for benefits under Sections 2-\n\n201 through 2-210 of this title;\n\n3. Disqualify the claimant for benefits under Sections 2-401\n\nthrough 2-419 of this title; or\n\n4. Relieve the employer from being charged for the benefit\n\nwages of this claimant.\n\nB. Any timely statement of objection filed shall be considered\n\na valid protest to a claim for unemployment benefits and the\n\nemployer shall be considered an interested party to the claim.
