Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-505","heading":"Determinations in labor dispute cases","body":"DETERMINATIONS IN LABOR DISPUTE CASES. Whenever any claim\n\ninvolves the application of the provisions of Section 2-410, the\n\nrepresentative of the Commission first considering the claim shall,\n\nif so directed by the Commission, promptly transmit such claim and\n\nall filed objections thereto to an appeal tribunal which shall make\n\na determination upon the issues involved under that section. Such\n\nappeal tribunal shall make the determination thereon after affording\n\nthe claimant and each employer who filed an objection an opportunity\n\nfor a hearing in accordance with the provisions of this section with\n\nrespect to hearings and determinations of appeal tribunals. The\n\nparties shall be promptly notified of the determination, together\n\nwith the reasons therefor.
