Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-507","heading":"Notice of determinations","body":"NOTICE OF DETERMINATIONS.\n\nNotice of a determination upon a claim shall be given promptly\n\nto the claimant by delivery thereof or by mailing the notice to the\n\nclaimant's last-known address or by electronic means if the claimant\n\nelected this form of notification through procedures set out by\n\nOklahoma Employment Security Commission rules. Notice of a\n\ndetermination shall also be given promptly to the last employer of\n\nthe claimant, for whom the claimant worked at least fifteen (15)\n\nworking days, that objected to the claim in accordance with the\n\nprovisions of subsection E of Section 2-503 of this title and to\n\neach other employer who timely filed a written objection to the\n\nclaim.
