Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-603","heading":"Appeal tribunal","body":"APPEAL TRIBUNAL.\n\nThe claimant or any other party entitled to notice of a\n\ndetermination may file an appeal from the determination with the\n\nappeal tribunal within ten (10) calendar days after the date of\n\nmailing of the notice to the claimant's or other party's last-known\n\naddress or, if the notice is not mailed, within ten (10) calendar\n\ndays after the date of delivery of the notice.
