Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-605","heading":"Notice of referee decision","body":"NOTICE OF REFEREE DECISION.\n\nThe parties shall be promptly notified of such referee's\n\ndecision and shall be furnished with a copy of the decision,\n\nincluding the findings and conclusions in support thereof. The\n\ndecision shall be provided to the party by the agency's digital\n\nportal or email unless the party notifies the agency that they opted\n\nout from receiving notices by email pursuant to Section 11 of this\n\nact.
