Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-606","heading":"Appeals from tribunal referee decisions to Board of","body":"Review.\n\nAPPEALS FROM TRIBUNAL REFEREE DECISIONS TO BOARD OF REVIEW.\n\nThe Board of Review shall review the record of an appeal filed\n\nby any of the parties entitled to notice on a determination of an\n\nappeal tribunal referee. On appeal, the Board of Review may affirm,\n\nmodify, reverse, or remand any decision of an appeal tribunal\n\nreferee on the basis of evidence previously submitted, or on the\n\nbasis of additional evidence received by an appeal tribunal referee\n\non remand.
