Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-612","heading":"Payment of benefits","body":"PAYMENT OF BENEFITS.\n\nBenefits shall be promptly paid on any claim in accordance with\n\na determination or redetermination or the decision of a referee, the\n\nBoard of Review or a reviewing court upon the issuance of the\n\ndetermination, redetermination or decision, regardless of the\n\npendency of an appeal, or petition for judicial review that is\n\nprovided by the Employment Security Act of 1980, unless and until\n\nthe determination, redetermination, or decision has been modified or\n\nreversed by a subsequent redetermination or decision, in which event\n\nbenefits shall be paid or denied for weeks of unemployment\n\nthereafter in accordance with the modifying or reversing\n\nredetermination or decision. No injunction, supersedeas, stay or\n\nother writ or process suspending the payment of the benefits shall\n\nbe issued by any court, but if the determination, redetermination or\n\ndecision is finally modified or reversed to deny benefits no\n\nemployer's account shall remain charged with benefit wages pursuant\n\nto the erroneous determination, redetermination or decision and\n\nbenefits shall not be paid for any weeks of unemployment involved in\n\nthe modification or reversal that begin after the final decision.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e4e782b641cec3877cac319c55b532306379c14d20c599e91f8bd12b08a565ad","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-2-611","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-2-613"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
